Diagnostic mode of Forerunner 110

One amazing but slightly confusing functionality of Garmin Forerunner 110 is that it always shows the wall clock by the local time which takes care of DST (or summertime). When we are cursing the high seas :), we often want to know UTC instead of the local time which is affected not only by geological time zones but also by political reasons.
I found that it is not commonly reported to put Forerunner 110 into the diagnostic mode, so I decided to report how to do that by the firmware version 2.20. After turning off the unit by holding light button for a couple of seconds, we turn on the unit again. But we also need holding page/menu button at the same time while turning it on. Please notice that it may violate product warranty because it does not appear in the manual.
In the diagnostic mode, we see UTC. Now we don't mind even when we don't know the time zone where we're due to drifting. By pressing page/menu again, we also see temperature where the unit is located. It is good when we are unclear we are cursing the tropics or the northern sea.
Only thing still unclear to me is, how to know actual latitude and longitude where we are. It will be helpful we are crossing of the Pacific or Atlantic without other GPS unintentionally.
